Great product, great customer service

All of the Hay! straws that I have received have been great. There have been almost no split straws. We have been using them for craft classes. We tried natural-straw drinking straws from other companies but often they contained discolored straws with dark spots or the straws were bleached until they had no color at all. Hay straws look clean but still like natural straw. Thanks.

Quality but not quantity

The quality of the stirrers is great. They look very clean and not discolored. The size is relatively consistent. The straw is not brittle. Remarkably, almost none of the straw was broken or crushed. I would recommend them. However, none of the boxes actually contained 500 stirrers. One contained 497, which is acceptable in a box labelled 500. However, another box contained 474 and the final box 443. The stirrers I got were great but there were closer to 1400 than 1500.
